The Wood Buffalo Ultimate READesign Challenge is done in collaboration with the Wood Buffalo Regional Library and takes the concepts of the READesign program and challenges students to work in teams to develop specific criteria and earn points based on their engineering design.

Unlike the READesign program where a book is pre-selected, the challenge allows students to search through the library shelves for their own book to solve using engineering design.
