Ambassador

Ambassadors at BrainSTEM Alliance are essential champions of our mission to empower youth in Canada through Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). We couldn’t achieve our vision without their dedication and passion. Our ambassadors are often professionals in the STEM fields and they bring their own expertise and lived experiences to our programs. These amazing people consistently step up, working hand-in-hand with community partners to lead accessible programs that raise awareness, boost engagement, and inspire everyone to see how STEM can transform everyday life

Our Ambassadors  are involved in leading, coordinating and promoting our programs including:

  • SETT Up for Success: Introducing under-represented youth (girls, BIPOC) to exciting career opportunities in Science, Engineering, Technology, and Trades.
  • READesign: Collaborating with local libraries, this program integrates literacy education with STEM, encouraging students to solve problems faced by storybook characters.
  • STEMpreneur: Combining STEM with entrepreneurship, helping participants innovate and develop skills in project management, business, and finance.
  • Full STEAM Ahead!: Merging arts with STEM to foster creativity and inclusive engagement for all ages.
  • EnviroSTEM: Promoting sustainable practices through understanding the relationship between STEM and our natural environment.

Because we’re a volunteer-run organization, the impact Ambassadors create fuels our success. We’re deeply grateful for their ongoing commitment and proudly celebrate their efforts—they’re at the heart of making positive change through STEM education.

How to Become an Ambassador: 

Our ambassadors come from all walks of life and bring unique interests, experiences, and perspectives to our team. If you’re interested in joining, you can express your interest through a current ambassador, volunteer, or by contacting our team directly. Our Ambassador Programming Manager will send you a welcome email along with an Ambassador Form. This form helps us get to know more about you, your interests, and how you’d like to make a difference through BrainSTEM Alliance.
