FLIGHT

FLIGHT is a program where students work in teams to develop business ideas based on identified problems. Guest speakers will cover industry best practices in design thinking, including problem definition, market research, and prototyping. The program will culminate in a pitch session to a panel of judges for feedback and prizes, along with a one-day conference focused on professional development.

Target Audience: High School Racialized Girls and Gender Diverse Youth
